3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Cash on Delivery: Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — available all over Pakistan
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Advance payment accepted via mobile wallets
• Bank Transfer: Advance payment via bank transfer accepted

Orders placed via WhatsApp will be confirmed by our team within 2 to 4 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm).

4. Pricing

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

Shipping charges may apply depending on your order value. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2,500.

5. Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan via registered courier services
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days for major cities and 3 to 6 days for remote areas
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including weather, courier delays and public holidays
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Damaged or wrong products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost
• Unopened products: Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
• Opened products: Due to the nature of food and herbal products, opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Cash on Delivery refusals: If a COD order is refused without valid reason, future orders may require advance payment

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Doctor's Tea products are natural herbal supplements. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:
