1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will resolve it at absolutely no cost to you.

Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details.

Receive your replacement
We will dispatch a replacement product within 24 hours at no additional cost to you.

2. Returns for Unopened Products

If you wish to return an unopened product for any reason, our policy is as follows:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be completely unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, opened herbal products cannot be returned
  • Products returned after 7 days Returns requested after the 7-day window are not accepted
  • Products not in original condition Items that are damaged due to customer handling

We understand this can be frustrating. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, please contact us on WhatsApp first. We are happy to answer all your questions and help you choose the right product.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 to 7 business days
  • JazzCash or EasyPaisa payments: Refund to the same account within 3 to 5 business days
  • Bank transfer payments: Refund to the same bank account within 5 to 7 business days

You will be notified via WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.

5. Cash on Delivery Refusals

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason:

  • The shipping cost incurred will be charged to the customer
  • Future orders from the same customer may require advance payment
  • Repeated refusals may result in being unable to accept future COD orders

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp as early as possible.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched for delivery. To cancel:

Confirmation
We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund within 24 hours.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the delivery and it will be treated as a return.

Please note that we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results. Our herbal products work naturally and results vary from person to person depending on individual health conditions, lifestyle and consistency of use.
